Both of them really like to shoot the puck. Don't know if that's how they play when playing with their normal teams, or because they have lack of confidence in their forwards. Okposo dances around too much and tries to make the plays rather than shooting it.

Frazee gets some help from the crossbar.

Maybe JT will want to participate in his 3rd WJC bad enough, which results in him coming back to ND for one more year! Okay, it's a stretch, and I wouldn't bet on it, but we can hope!

Kudos to The Triouxper for sucking it up and admitting he is not the a-hole. It has to be difficult for him to not resort to Hirsch bashing for the sole claim of regaining his honored title! In all reality, GBPak....you've showed your true self, and it was a classless move. Sioux-cia is one of the regulars on this board and her opinion, where it may differ from yours and others, is well-respected. I'm not trying to defend her in any way, shape, or form, her posts on the topic do that. I don't condone her use of profanity, but it's no where near the level your remarks took it.

This is the key point to this entire thread. No one who's posting here seems to know if Tyler's dismisal from the team is because of attitude or illness, so why bash either side? Tyler obviously has some personal things he needs to get in order, which may or may not be related to his illness/disability. Where this isn't an official job for Tyler, he would still have rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act, providing his illness has been diagnosed as a disability. The respectful thing to do here is to wish Tyler the best in life, which is exactly what U of M's press release did. We don't know the facts, yet we feel it's okay to bash certain people because of speculation (and that can go either way - Tyler or Lucia)? I doubt we'll learn much more about the specifics of all of this so we should just be respectful to all those involved, unless we find something out that gives us reason to criticize.

Glad to hear you enjoyed your first two Sioux games, and I'm glad you could see them win! Sioux hockey is definitely an addiction!

Ryan was injured in the game against Nashville, leaving the ice in the 3rd period. Haven't heard anymore since then.

Not sure, but I'm assuming it's because we have the same number of points as the Swede's and we beat them.

Stoa's open net miss was a big difference in that game! Most likely would have changed both teams game plans and confidence levels.
