Blaked interviewed in between periods. Asked about the Leafs/Sens rivalry compared to Islanders/Rangers rival. What Blake really wanted to say is that neither of them compare to Sioux/Gopher games!

Blake's line really buzzing in the Toronto game. Blake should have an assist tonight (not sure if they give him one or not but he made the play happen). Too bad Toronto's defense is sucking, as it's a tie game.

I have that game on DVD, as do a few other members on the board, as I've sent it to about 5 people . I'd make you a copy if my video equipment was up and running. I'm hoping that it will be up in the next month, but I may have to buy the independent satellite for home games first, since the deal through fightingsioux.com sucks so much. I do plan to have it up and running sometime this season though!! I'm a teacher though, so I'm poor! If you don't find it from someone else, I'll make you a copy when I'm up and running again. EDIT: I think I sent that game to PCM, so he should have the technology skills to burn you a copy.

I feel bad for the Ducks. They get back from London on Monday and have 3 games in the next 4 days or something like that! Puck was bouncing everywhere in London. Someone forgot to tell the English that frozen pucks work best for this game!

Nothing too surprising on the list. Players picked had breakout years last year, and since Oshie's numbers were down last year in the first half of the season, he didn't make the list. Just another pre-season ranking. I'm just curious as to how Oshie's taking a backseat to Dunc's right now. The two compliment each other tremedously. Maybe they meant that he's taking the backseat to him in media hype, which is fine. Just focus on the season. With his outstanding performance at the Blues camp this summer, I don't think we have anything to worry about regarding Oshie's performance on the ice.

They said on the radio that he didn't have control of it until he stepped out of bounds. After watching the video and replay of it, it looked pretty good to me. I know if it would have been the Sioux, myself, as everyone else on the board would have been in an uproar. Augie got screwed on that one, but it did preserve the shutout.
