He was the leading scorer in north dakota boys high school basketball history. And yes he played at Dickinson. He was a freshman at UND when Sather pushed him out. When Jones got him to commit it was a big deal. Sather had other ideas. We see where Sather has taken this program since.

Why would we need a scorer . He didn't fit our culture here at UND. All time leading scorer in North Dakota Boys basketball history. No place for a local kid that can shoot.

Brady stats again tonight zero rebounds, steals , points , blocks. Zero everything. Dang in 3 minutes of play 2 for 3 shots and a steal. Yet in a blow out game coach didn't think of maybe trying something different. Can't wait to see no more TT and Brady next year.

3-8 and two wins over non division 1 opponents. The one division 1 game they barely won and NDSU played the same team the night before and beat them by 30 or 40. AND 1 loss to a non division one team! Those are suppose to be gimmes ! NDSU Has a young team of freshman and sophomores with one experienced returner just like UND.

I didnt miss many games last year, but right now I dont plan on going to another game. I will stay home and watch the men's team on TV since both teams play at the same time now. Its hard to believe how far we have fell from last years team.

Whatever the problems are in the program, they are obviously substantial and disturbing.
I think that's the point we are making. We are missing out on local talent. Look at the roster for the other Dakota schools. I just think our coaches can't recruit and don't know what talent is. Of course get the best talent wherever they are from but don't ignore the local talent. I'll say it again they won national championships with local talent

Here is a article on the St. Thomas basketball team. I dont know why I am having envy over a former Division 3 school that in year 3 transitioning is fighting for the top spot in the Summit. They have a coach that knew how to win at the Division 3 level and its translating to the Division 1 era for them. I get they are in the Twin Cities, but we are able to recruit those same kids. In year 5 under Sather we are still at the bottom of the Summit League, struggling to draw a crowd.
