You guys are hooked on Krach. Krach kills you know. I think I prefer the trash talking compared to the stats attacks. I can't wait for the games to start and let the play do the talking. NorthStar, you have been quiet this week. You aren't secretly a Gopher fan, are you? Maybe you are just excited for the Gopher women's team to be on TV this weekend.

One of the other points of that poll was that many of the WCHA teams consider the Gophers to be the top rivarly. I think that is kind of cool for the Gophers. However, it is partly negative since it is partly due to the cocky fans.

That makes me think of college hockey. Where the little cats (best term I could think of without censorship) can cheap shot the big guys and hide their head behind a cage and feel fairly safe with the fighting rules.

In general this has to be the dumbest rule ever. I don't know if I have ever seen a helmet fly off from a check. It is normally from the opposing player knocking it off. That should bring about a penalty. It is unsportsmanlike, and it is a delay of game.

Is your name Sergei? I hope you realize the foolish comment you made about Adam. The idea of making the penalties equal (the marble method) does not mean the game was called well. The team with more infractions should have more penalties. It doesn't matter who is winning, who has better players, or who would bring in more money in the playoffs.

I think it will be harder to stop Parise and Bochenski when they are on different lines. What are the odds that Lucia is trying to teach Vanek the concept of defense?

If the Gopher fans call Parise "God," then what should they call Bochenski since he is going to win the Hobey Baker?

Doesn't Steve DeBus have a college-aged kid yet? He was almost 40 when he graduated.

Maybe we can have a pool on how many pages it will be by the drop of the puck. It is too bad that we got the series when the Gophers sucked. As much as everyone loves to watch us kill the Gophers, I think we would like to see some hard fought games. I hope to hear a lot of Sioux fans at the game. Everyone thought the big series would be against the Badgers.

I think it depends on the officiating. It is sad that a ref can decide who wins a game. On a related note, the Gopher fans are complaining about the Foss article on the Parise mugging. They are made that Vanek wasn't mentioned. Another view of how Gopher fans think the world revolves around them. Our newspaper writer should not only watch enough Gopher games to know, and then write for Vanek's sake.

What is the price for the bus trip?
