You'd need HD equipment doing the games, yes, but the satellite companies (directtv) also have limited bandwidth, and would have to offer the ND games in place of another HD broadcast. Not a likely scenario, yet.

Unfortunately, after the first month of the season following the hit on Bina, everything anywhere near a cfb was called, then, the calls resumed to inconsistent at best. I saw Lammy's push in the back on TV, then it disappeared on the screen before one could see how the Duluth player impacted the boards. I thought when I saw it, based on several similar pushes over the years since the emphasis, that it might be called a cfb, or, more likely, a boarding or nothing at all. When the referees and linesmen held a conference, I was sure it was going to be a cfb. It seemed, watching several teams actions after the Bina hit and rule emphasis, that the Sioux from that time on have been held to a higher standard, which again seems to be repeating itself after the Marvin hit. The Sioux will not get by with anything even remotely resembling a cfb or contact to the head, so, they must avoid those thing entirely. It seems that the constant blogging and complaining about the Sioux's physical nature is having an affect on their game. Makes it difficult to play since the Sioux play a NHL style, but unfortunately, although the NHL standards are now the same, the calls do not have NHL consistency, and that's a problem that will not likely go away.

If I hadn't watched the Sioux several times this year, and just now read these threads, I'd give up the season and forget about it. Good grief, it's just early November.

Knowing something has little to do with it, attempting to mislead is something else

Don't know that there is anything to be done other than email jamiel a theralph and complain about the poor transponder and low power.

Note today's signal for the football game is weaker than last night's hockey signal.

I get a bit more quality on 12064 than I get on 12065

Tackling (on Cichy), spearing and slashing (both on Genoway) are also not penalties when DU is protecting a third period lead.

But only if you fill the mug.

All true, a fabricated call based on an injury, but once the 5 minute was given, however incorrect, because the injury occurred, the one game suspension was guaranteed. It's not right, but it is the way of the WCHA. If the call had been made correctly (no call, or charging for 2 at a minimum), there would be no suspension. Of course, making up a 2 minute after the fact call would have been wrong also, but we've gotten used to expecting this stuff from the WCHA.

No dishnetwork. Directtv, local cable (if they have midco where you are going, or find somewhere with an FTA system. Where are you hunting, the Southwest for deer?

Zucker was the only player on the ice who knew where the puck was.And on an uncalled offside, maybe/

Gwoz will work over the officials, and the Sioux will be shorthanded at least 3 times in period 3, so they better score on this PP

G17 12064 4880 Vertical Those are the coordinates on 91W; power is lower for me again but picture good with the traxis system, in northwest ND. It's not your system, it's the power, and maybe location

G17 12064 4880 Vertical G17, 91W, for those with systems.

If HE referees are so easily fooled, would guess you'd have to start coahing diving to even up the game.
-
Many of those were called on legal checks. Tonight's were called with no contact, just dives. I think you'd have to play more games in HE to get used to this crap.
-
Continued Maine diving giving them a major advantage.
-
No, he didnt; a phantom call caused by Diamond's dive into the net.

Haven't found it

Yep, a little like watching a Rube Bjorkman team during those years
-
Way overrated based on this performance. Maine is dominating all over the ice

Playing D the way they are they'll be lucky to get out the first down by only 3. Brutal call on Rodwell. Whoops
