I'm guessing Hak has not uttered the words loosen up in his life...
, I hope Hak tells them to loosen up and go after them Saturday.

New England is beautiful. From Boston you can take a trip to Bah Hahbah.

In fairness, I am not sure about Duncan as I could not see him when surrounded by other players.
After another last night, he's a genuine Cy Young candidate with his 26-10 record.
Burying the puck when there's an opening should be easy, but a lot of guys miss. I think UND has only had two guys in the last ten years reach 30 goals, Duncan and Frattin, so I'll welcome goal scorers. As an aside, those two guys also acted like they'd done it before when they scored ... no wild celebrations.

Anything less than a sweep is... Goon help me out here....
Actually SCSU is a tough matchup for us. Anything more than 3 points is a bonus. I actually feel better about 2 in Miami than 2 at home vs. SCSU.
-
I suspect he comes in like an Olson or Simonson.
On a side note, I really like Joel Janatuinen's game. He's a bit older but he's skilled, having a really nice year in the the USHL.

Matt played in the NHL, you don't do that if you can't move.
I don't know. Others who saw him regularly might. Matt always skated hard and seemed extremely consistent. In the D zone.

Yes, however if BSU takes a game from MSU that would be very helpful.
So Und is only behind Mankato by about .2 in rpi. Will und's strength of schedule allow them to bypass Mankato by matching their number of wins from here on out?
-
Wow he will sit out almost as many games as Moore did minutes...
This just in...
Hmm...4 game suspension for clipping a player who is on (at least very near) the puck.
-
I added him to the list. Has UND expressed interest in him?
I would add this young man to the list.

So as of today some realistic targets are:
Riley Simpson '96
Auston Matthews '97
Tanner Tweten '97
Tyson Jost '98
Dante Fabbro '98
Kohen Olischefski '98
Grant Mismash '99
Evan Barratt '99
Jaxon Nelson '00

Drink...
Anything less than a sweep is unacceptable.
-
Sadly I would agree with that.
Seriously? Wow! Seriously?

I have no idea on this one, but I would claim the the puck at least went out off of a Sioux players equipment. The water bottle belongs to the goalie unless Mike Prpich is on the ice...
And when it goes off a crossbar, the face off it is always outside the zone. I've seen it many times.

In fairness it is hard learning the rules of hockey in braille.

I did not realize it was Anderson & Shep. Hate to say it, but they are among the best. These refs had a terrible weekend. I expect the team will get a quiet apology mid week.
-
Who was the officiating crew this week? Noticed it was not in the NCHC box score.

Favorite line in the chat, "we head to OT tied 4-3"
-
Not Zanes finest game, but DU outshot UND and UND did outscore DU 4-3.

1) Moore allowed to stay in game after vicious deliberate dangerous hit away from the puck. - He stays in the game and scores 2 and the SO winner.
2) Up 2-0, Phantom call on Parks to negate 2 minutes of 5 on 3.
3) Obvious interference / slash as Caggiula scores with the refs right there watching, and nothing called.
4) Obvious puck 6 inches past the goal line and the refs can't find it on replay.
Are you serious, you guys just suck...
It is exceedingly rare that refs decide a game, but I felt cheated tonight.
End rant

Matthews is 2 years away

Nailed it... :-)

I'm no expert, but I see both Wilkie and Gersich going.
-
Wilkie has a mediocre shooting percentage, you miss all the shots you don't take... :-)
What I like most about the Collin Adams comittment is he is a finisher. His 25 goals lead the HPHL this season, while the number two goal scorer has just 14.
That's also why I'm excited for Wilkie and Gersich to come in next season (third and fourth in the USHL in goal scoring). Adding more bonafide finishers upfront will go nicely with our swift, puck moving d-corps.

USCHO still has 3-1, I assume it is behind. Nice to see the Gopher Keeper improving on his .400 save percentage in the first... :-)
