for this season from last i say vande velde. i think we all knew he would be a nice player but he didnt score really until the last month last year and he has been a solid player for the sioux this season. i also think finley and kozek have improved a good amount as well how about a poll with all players except oshie and duncan

didnt know he was on a list, where was he playing?

first off grieco didnt come in playing a lot, hell he barley played. big difference grieco got stuck behind phil with no chance on playing much this year at all, the only reason he really played last year is because phil got hurt. eidsness is coming in and will be starting to begin the year im guessing and then you go from there on how he does. there will also be another goalie probably coming in as well i dont know why its a concern of what fans with think of a goalie that isnt even here yet.

eidsness got a tie this weekend and i think lost in double OT, he is now 16-2-3 on the year with a 2.10 GAA, 93.56 SV%

thats because he knows his role and has known it from day one, you will hardly ever hear a 3rd string walk on goalie complain on any program. they are there because they love the game, they know their role for sure or they wouldnt be there and want to be a part of a great program. most of them could go play on a d-2 team but chose this route. im guessing he may get 1 start this season but who knows.

What do you know....We split again Nice Saturday win for the Sioux. Can we keep it going? We havent swept a team in the regular season at The Ralph since October 2006. The last regular season sweep came the previous season. So I say we are do GO SIOUX Previous Games for each team SIOUX - split with scsu, lost friday 3-2 and won saturday 6-2 HUSKIES - swept mercyhurst on the road Last Meeting between teams Split in Houghton this season. Huskies won Friday night 3-1 and Sioux won Saturday night 6-0. - 9th in pairwise rankings, 3rd in WCHA-14 points Overall Record: 10-8-1 (.553) WCHA: 7-7-0, 14 points Home: 5-4-0

oh no prob, thanks though....nice to see some goals! great job by the sioux overall...........this is a prime spot in our schedule to make a nice run. not saying who we are playing is easy but if we play our game which hasnt been consistent which i understand we can really make some noise in the pairwise and wcha standings that northeastern win is looking better and better each weekend that passes. our whole non conference schedule so far are sitting all in top 13 in pairwise with BC being 13 , mich st 11, northeastern 7, unh 5 and then du and cc 2 and 3...
