yeah it sucks but it is the toughest rule to ref as well. it all started after bina got hurt and now sometimes players are turning and sometimes they arent but its all the refs discretion. very tough one to call as i have seen some called when they shouldnt be and some not called when for sure should be. i for sure am not gona worry about it but i can only hope the league can improve as whole in the future to help the wcha overall

parity to a point. in the end the better team will usually win the best 2 of 3 at home when it comes to the top few teams compared to the bottom 3 teams. the middle teams can go either way usually. ill take uaa and tech or msu anyday over the next few choices in a best 2 of 3 scenerio. this team has proven since december they are locked in overall so i look for tht to continue with this balanced attack they present

interesting. with how much we usually have to move up in the 2nd half does that wear us down in the end? or for some reason are they just not prepared right for the frozen 4? or is it just those damn BC eagles just throwing out ideas ive heard talking sioux hockey over the years. not really my personal thoughts but food for thought i guess.

for whatever reason and i have no friken clue why teams under hak do this every year. i think there is a misconception though about being very bad in the 1st half. its not that the sioux are ever bad except this year for a month but its more of being inconsistent i would say. then when march comes along the sioux are amazing and seem to win like crazy. then april and those dam BC eagles put a stop to everything

i think it should and especially the mich state loss as they are one of the worst teams out there and at that time they really were. its a body of work system and the sioux have 1 very very bad weekend that has hampered them and that was the crappy weekend in detroit doesnt matter now though. go sweep the seawolves and keep up this solid 2nd half

well if jones is still out then fienhage gets to show his stuff in anchorage. best of luck to jones and hex to get healthy but this team also seems to be able to fill holes which is great to see

its all mental with AK right now. amazing how that can happen but it does and especially as that position. will be interestimg how you guys fair in the springs

man olsen is big time. if we can get him in that would be beyond huge for the sioux. maybe would keep gleason back unless chay is ready for the minors/pro deal. those would be the 2 options i would guess for him to come in. hold back gleason 1 more year? whatever they have to do get this kid in and again when i say that about chay it had nothing to do if hes nhl ready like we have gone over. its about taking any offer while you are at the top of your game. i hope to god chay stays and they bring in olsen some other way as you dont carry 8 d men. not at this level

awesome and yeah when it comes to ajhl all we have are stats ya know. we know macwilliam is a very tough d man who can hit with the best of them and create some plays. cant wait to see him at und. thanks for posting.
