Panz brings much more to the game than Gleason. Gleason is a hell of a teammate and good skater but that's it. panz can do exactly what he does plus being physical and way more responsible. Agree with 5 min majors. They are such an important call and can flip a game in a instant. It still stays as a judgment call of course but the speed of the game is so fast that it could be very helpful to the refs

This is great for 1 reason, more exposure. Hope we all know it has no real outcome on the race but this is a great way to get the word out! UND should have a handful of games in NBCsports. No doubt about it. UND will be ok on the recruiting front . Sorry that isn't a issue in college hockey because its such a small market anyhow for who is actually watching these games.

Yeah most if not all of my friends and family get hotels downtown minneapolis for the final 5. Definitely could be many many groups of fans around the area when they fall on the same weekend. Way more variety of hotels, bars, clubs, lounges, strip clubs for the adult fans. The target center is very bad for hockey. Definitely a fail on the tourney front but oh well. It's sioux hockey!!

That's cool on the preds! Wild would be one but grew up in az and being such a sioux fan I followed them from the get go and was fortunate enough to work under the great one, among many other great people including a few UND Grads who are very high up in the NHL world! But now with Parise back home it's will be a right race between the two! Also add the WILD have revamped their organization with tons of WCHA players! The others, well how can't you not route for Oshie, Toews and Greener if you aren't a die hard with certain loyalties
