I would be much more dissapointed in Bubba and staff if he told grady that he couldn't go home and take care of family stuff or he'd be off the team. You shouldn't be committed to football over your family. And anyone that thinks otherwise is pretty off base.

I don't think we can afford to not have LJ out there taking face offs. Seems like we have two (maybe three now with boesser) guys that can win face offs and sitting one seems much too risky. We're gonna need a shutdown defensive center out there if we can never get the puck.

Defense really bounced back after last weekend. Really impressive. Offense needs to catch back up.

Awesome win. This team has great young talent and it is great to see them already hitting there potential. Let's hope this keeps rolling to Reno.
The small napoleon complex of some fans is really sad though. Clinging to some weird name high horse is pathetic.

Will be going to the game tomorrow in frisco. Only decision is whether to wear a full on sioux hockey Jersey or just a sioux t shirt.

New layout is way better for mobile users. Only thing that would make it perfect is being able to scroll tweets again. Otherwise awesome improvement

Along these same lines, Bohl is telling a few kids to walk at Wyoming right now. Not going over very well but he is doing what he has to. UND should not do what they have to, however. Or so we are told.
Ya it seems to be working really well. Trying to convince starters to play for no money is getting craig alot of good pub. I'm sure recruits will flock.

Wilson just burying his head in the sand and pretending that there aren't issues that need to be addressed is very disconcerting.

There are 1,066 members of the NCAA. 933 of them don't care enough about hockey to even offer it as a varsity sport at any level.
I love it that my favorite school is the biggest fish in a small pond, but again let's be realistic.
Is this about what sport is more popular? Cause in the United states it's football. Does that mean all football titles are greater than any other sport titles? I don't think so.
About 95 schools truly competed for the fcs title. I don't think more schools means anything about prestige. There are over 150 dII schools and 250 naia schools. And in reality (and probably soon in practice) about 63 fbs schools compete for the college football title.
So your gonna have to do better than pure number of schools to convince people that anything other than fbs football and men's basketball isn't "small pond".

Multiple conferences in the fcs don't even care enough to try and win the fcs title and others don't care enough about football to offer scholarships.

College hockey is second in production of pros. FCS is second in production of pros. Sounds pretty similar to me.
One produces 33 percent of pros and the other produces 8.
And the quality of recruits really isn't even comparable.

Maybe Smith is moving to DB instead of WR.
Would love to see iwarri line up at corner or next to Reyes. Either would be exciting. And would help this team out the most, running back doesn't use his skills effectively or fill a need for the team.

Not great news at all. I was excited when Smith was signed but now I think losing seibel for any significant time is a bigger blow than losing Smith.
