Basically you have no proof of the contract or what the Idaho president has or hasn't discussed with the Montana presidents. Correct?

Do you have a link to the contract? If fans never get to hear the presidents conversations. How do you know what was discussed?

The MT schools do not recruit heavily in the same area as the ND schools. NDSU offering FCOA will affect MSU and UM recruiting very little if at all.
