Awesome outing for him. He’ll get a shot. He’s a versatile back which is exactly what the pass-happy NFL looks for these days.

Seeing the catches though just again reminds me how his talent wasn’t fully utilized at UND. Paul Rudolph has to be one of the worst coaches in UND football history; I’m sorry.

It shouldn’t be that hard.  Use your players talent and strengths to the teams advantage, not put a choke hold on their natural strengths.

Gotta think the travel has taken its toll. They beat Weber on the road, they don’t suck.

I think you nailed it.  There’s always tests before Christmas break too

Us UND fans have nothing to criticize when it comes to logos. Ours is the worst in college athletics...... not even close

Disagree.  Ours is a middle ranging version of a Hawk but that cat version is at or near the bottom

Williston's population has been decreasing the last two years.

It is seriously hard to measure population in any town in the patch.  Oodles of people still go there for their 2 week ,or whatever length they’re using, but get their mail back home.  It is interesting to note that the largest class size growth is in pre and elementary according to those that I know who actually live among this.

Watford City had an estimated population of 6,500 in 2017.  I'd say they could hope for maybe 15-20,000 in 15 years, putting it more in line with present day Dickinson.

This sounds more plausible.  Dickinson has-had a healthy growing pace while Williston was nuts and more problematic.  Really hard to gauge where Williston goes from here.

For UND to have any chance of making the playoffs, the remaining games on the schedule cannot be just wins but have to be utter dominations. The only way they get in at-large as 7-4 as an independent is by blowing out the remaining competition. I just don't see this coming.

It’s a long shot for sure but there seems to be more parity in the fcs this season.  Seems like there might end up being an over abundance of 500 teams making 7-4 look better.

An unelected commission can now make up its own rules with no oversight, while becoming a political hammer to be used on whomever the commission so chooses. The legislature will have to fund it at the level the commission believes it needs. It supersedes all other parts of the state constitution. It's in the constitution, so the legislature can't fix it with a simple law change. It stifles free speech, adding reporting requirements and making internet doxing easy for the crazies.

Is there any positive possibilities from this measure?

I know a lot of people who will vote for some “terrible “ law then

Some solid ideas behind 1. But as written, it's terrible law.

Now that it is passed, could explain the terrible consequences of this measure for our great state?

How easy is it for the smaller city of West Fargo to raise $100 million?

Just an extra $15 a year per $100,000 home on their property taxes.

Even having WF and Fargo be one city would help those possibilities.  As SV said, Fargo is sales taxed out with flood protection being in the works .  If there are donor or donors who might make this happen we’d likely have heard of them and we haven’t

I'd rather talk about Measure 1.

It's a fine idea (ethics in government, more donation reporting) but one section of it is unethical.

I say that because Measure 1 includes a supremacy clause which means it would override every other law in the state including our North Dakota State Constitution. Nope. No thanks. Take out the supremacy clause and we'll talk.

But with a supremacy clause in there Measure 1 is a flat "NO" for me.

Measure one is long overdue.  The legislature rejected dealing with this issue so it’ll be dealt with now.

Regarding the mascot: it looks like every other mascot in the country.  They all look the same. Do some googling and I am pretty sure you will hate every mascot you see.

Why is UND's so bad?  Is it that you guys don't want mascot in the first place, perhaps?

Just win and the mascot looks cool

Ya, please pass the crow on Greer, that guy played his a_s off at a high level.  And sometimes, that's what a drop in the depth chart can do, light a fire!!

Kett was a disappointment.  Keaton elevated against Utah.  Kett clammed up.

I’m not happy with Kett’s performance but I’ll give him one more game to prove he can be a team leader-manager.  ‘
