Mankato isn't battle tested, they are my preference of #1 seeds. Obviously they need to be taken seriously, but it's a very winnable bracket. Having Peacock I've watched some Notre Dame games, I think we will match up well against them.

We lucked out with our bracket. Least intimidating #1 seed and neither lower seeds had a second half surge.

I predict an all former WCHA Frozen Four.

Unless it's someone from Duluth or the iron range, I like our odds against Duluth with recruits in head to head.

The NCHC tournament was tougher than any of these brackets.
