not to be mean, but the first underclassmen signed the Friday of the Final Five, Duluth's Raymond and Niskinin (sp?). Close though, he would be like the 5th or 6th one.

Technically, Union's Fox signed on March 8th...I believe he was the first underclassman to sign an NHL contract.
