If you didn't notice (and my money says you didn't), supposedly there is a "lightning bolt" on the top of the logo's head to represent the "thundering" in "thundering herd."

I know it's been said before. But I start laughing when ever I see this logo. Just look at the face and try to understand what it means. Is the cowardly lion sad, thinking, upset, confused, pissed off, or just tired. It is the weakest logo I have seen in a long time. At least it was well thought out.

APPARENTLY!! (guess they might have been a little jealous of "another" slightly more dignified logo thats become more prominent in the region but I can't fault a school that goes with a Burt Larh tribute...he's been dead for many years...much like the ag schools place on the championship stage )
