stafford_rules Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 Brian Bina(Robbie's brother) got picked up by Michigan Tech. i heard this from Robbie's cousin, whom i am very good friends with. there should be more info soon. i know it sounds like a very polluted circle of conscienceness(if thats what its called) where my cousins friends sisters uncle knows this guy and all that, but i consider him a 100 on the scale. Sioux-cia Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 Good for him!! If he's got half the heart and talent that Robbie has, he's gonna have a great ride! i look forward to watching his progress. Quote

HockeyMom Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 I was at the last F-M Jets game this season when they lost to Southern Minnesota in OT. I was really impressed with Brian. He's VERY small for a defensemen, but he worked his butt off the entire night. He also had a great open-ice hit on one of the Express players. I looked back at Robbie and Tony after the hit and they were laughing hysterically........guess they enjoyed it as much as I did. Quote
siouxforeverbaby Posted May 16, 2006 Posted May 16, 2006 Michigan Tech, isn't that where Phil's little bro is signing? Forgive me, if i am wrong, but that is what I remember! Quote
dagies Posted May 16, 2006 Posted May 16, 2006 Something tells me that the younger Lammy was going to either Northern Michigan or Western Michigan. Something like that. Not Tech. Quote
Siouxmama Posted May 16, 2006 Posted May 16, 2006 From reading a post on a different thread, young Lammy is going to Northern Michigan. Sounded like the Air Force helped him with that , after they denied his admission to the Academy. Quote

Shirtless Guy Posted May 16, 2006 Posted May 16, 2006 Anyone know much about Brian? Looks like he bounced around the USHL and NAHL last season. Quote
avsfan Posted May 31, 2006 Posted May 31, 2006 I think someone should go back and ask their good friend for some better info. Quote

Shirtless Guy Posted June 1, 2006 Posted June 1, 2006 do you have other info that you would like to share regarding brian..................... I have asked around and it sounds like MTU has some players in the wing but has not made a decision yet. I have heard rumors about 2 defensemen: Bina and John Kivisto but I would rather see a few more forwards come in... Quote
