When I called in to update information for the Alumni Directory I assume I was talking to some contractor who was reading lines off a sheet. One of the scripted lines he read when trying to sell ma a copy of the directory was, "support the pink and black." Needless to say this did not convince me to buy a directory... I got into a conversation with the guy because he grew up in the suburb next to the one I live in. So I would guess most of the people doing the call outs are pretty clueless about UND.
