dj_hoime Posted September 22, 2004 Posted September 22, 2004 In the paper it said the Sioux players can't practice till Oct. 2 with the coaches. Thats crazy considering its the same day as the game. Is this the same for all NCAA teams? Quote

und4life Posted September 22, 2004 Posted September 22, 2004 The captains have been running practice and I've heard it's been going well. They've been doing dryland since the first week of school and I think are finally on the ice...much to their relief, I'm sure. If you noticed the article in the Herald, Coach Eades mentioned, "I can tell you that the guys are in great physical condition." Quote
ethanm Posted September 28, 2004 Posted September 28, 2004 Saw this in the Herald today. Chris Porter, a sophomore forward from Thunder Bay, Ont., finished in first place in UND's dryland strength, skill and stamina competition for the Sioux hockey team. A close second to him was senior defenseman Matt Jones of Lisle, Ill. Quote
