The Sicatoka Posted March 11, 2004 Posted March 11, 2004 From the NCAA: The committee reviewed television ratings for the 2003 championship and noted that the championship game between the University of North Dakota and Grand Valley State University was one of the most-watched championship games ever for Division I-AA, Division II or Division III. dvaara Posted March 11, 2004 Posted March 11, 2004 i don't know about what happened in north dakota but apparently in michigan many people missed the whole 1st quarter because they had to finish some west coast basketball game. Quote

nickelboy Posted March 11, 2004 Posted March 11, 2004 went to playmakers to watch the title game and they were closed. Never did find out why. Drove around for 15 minutes before going to some eatery to watch. It sucked. Quote

Drove around for 15 minutes before going to some eatery to watch. It sucked. Playmaker's doesn't open until later in the day on Saturday's. I was going to watch the Ohio St.-Michigan game there (when UND was playing PSU) but they don't open until 4 pm (give or a take an hour or two) Quote
Cratter Posted March 11, 2004 Posted March 11, 2004 Maybe now the NCAA will try and get UND to the championship game, by awarding them more home playoffs games. Quote
