I think the concern was that Schmaltz passed the puck laterally before he got to the blue line, and then the question is was the puck across the line before Schmaltz? The video shows that it is (fully on the line) before Schmaltz enters the zone. Much closer than 7', but still onside and an amazing play. Bingo, that's all I was trying to say earlier.
