Jackson's downtown is where the Alumni Association holds viewing parties for big games but again it is downtown so parking is expensive and the bars are packed. I have found just going to my neighborhood bar near Wash Park or DU and asking them to put the game on is the way to go. As long as it isn't interfering with college football most people don't care.
