I've never liked Neutral Zones ratings, I think they have people to high or to low.

It was missed, like the countless other penalties during the game and playoffs. Reaves should have got a penalty just like Oshie should have got a cross checking penalty when he cross checked Engelland in front of the Vegas net.

I thought he should have go a 5 and a game for the hit. I didn't see the first Caps penalty but saw a replay after the game and thought that 65 could have been given a 5 for checking from behind. Reaves should have got a penalty.
