First, no, St. Cloud is good. Second, St. Thomas would have to be granted to leave the CCHA and pay the fee to leave and pay the NCHC fee. Third, Augustana looks to not be in the CCHA since all their games are non-conference or at least list non-conference by CHN's scoreboard. So, they also would have to pay an exit fee to the CCHA and a Fee to NCHC.

AFL is on their 3rd incarnation of the league. The Bismarck IFL team is looking to come back and more to Fargo. Last two teams that I know of that were in North Dakota didn't last and one won a title and folded the next season. I'm going to agree that it won't work in Grand Forks if it has failed in Bismark every time.
