Got the first email from coach Schweigert today. Very impressive. He puts more heart into a simple alumni email than Mussman did. Basically he had three criteria for UND football players. 1. Great citizens 2. Great students 3. Great football players. He also said every decision will be made based of if it gets us closer to a title. Commitment, positive attitude, and self motivation are three other main points he hit on. We're in good hands. Let's not take him for granted.

Rudolph could coach OL and maybe Bubba will bring his buddy Lotyze for OL assistance.

He dislocated it again over the winter which is why he never got into camp fully.

If he can fix his shot and become a better finisher the sky is the limit.

His knee wouldn't let him play. Really unfortunate for him. The bright side is he'll get his education paid for and we have the field of his choice which is why he came here in the first place.

Stockwell isn't a TE. LT of the future. Norby Mathewson and Ruhe are the other TEs with Adler.

Funny thing is we're not as low as 4 and 5 years ago for recruiting. That was the lowest point by far.

For the record I wouldn't want a pipeline from Cali Texas Florida or any state I between them. We can find enough skill in the Midwest and won't have to rob peter to pay paul just to get them here.

Canada has a lot of good raw players. Baylor had had some great linemen come out of the great white north.
