We need some help on D...whether it's Finley or for the rest of the roster to pick it up, whatever. Jones is solid, but he can't do it by himself.

I won't pretend to "know" hockey like some of the posters here (even though I have been watching it forever). That being said, I think that Eidness has the potential to be a fantastic goalie. Although the win/loss stats may not show it, he had a great weekend. He needs some help on defense, and we clearly miss Big Joe, but he deserves to be the Sioux's #1.

99% here in Vermont...

It seems like the team has more confidence in Eidsness - different goalie, different game. I think he should get the #1 spot - he's earned it, especially with some great saves tonight that I don't think Walski would have stopped.

Between that stupid tiger head that I'm going to have nightmares about tonight and the stupid shots of the crowd, I've seen about 5 minutes of the actual game. My husband thinks that girls are running the cameras...it certainly isn't anyone who is actually interested in the game.

I was hoping for the shutout for Eidness tonight, but great game, none the less! Nice game for the Sioux...we knew you had it in you!!

Can anyone actually SEE the puck? I'd like to see the something other than the red light!

Yeah, I missed it too. At least we have an option to see the game tonight (unlike the Landcow series). Go Sioux!

Our signal was at 99% for the whole game (on our 3+ year old Traxis system)...never seen that before!

Bummer that no one won tonight. But, nice win for the Sioux! They looked much better tonight! When will the rest of us get to play again?

Ditto to this! Pete, thanks so much for your help yesterday (on the phone with my husband). We're stuck out here in the Northern New England, which is pretty much a technological void ("Free to air satellite? Huh?") and there is no way we would have been able to get any help here. You have no idea of the angst you helped to avert at our house at about 10 minutes to game time tomorrow - it would NOT have been pretty!! We are very much in your debt - many beers will be coming your way the next time we make it back to the Cities! -RGF

Unbeknowst to me, I wasn't supposed to share that information quite so publicly (i.e., here), which is why I removed the post. I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. UND should be confirming the coordinates in the next few days.

We're staying a bit outside of DT Boston (about 8 miles from BU) for $104/night. But, we're driving to Boston (and obviously will have a car to get around), so that might not work for those of you flying in...

DC is a lot shorter trip for us than either St. Louis or Denver, so yeah, we'll be there if the Sioux are... On the other hand, after making the trip to both St. Louis and Denver, maybe we should stay home.
