In the new Hockey News magazine Nelson, Gregoire, Forbort, and Malone are all top 5 on the Future Watch list for their drafted teams.

I heard back in December that he was telling people in his prayer group that he was planning on having surgery in February, taking the year off, and going pro next year. Not sure of the reliability since I was not the one that heard it from Rocco or the members of the prayer group. Just thought I would share the rumors on campus.

Bismarck Bobcats (NAHL) team beat the Russian Red Stars 2-1 tonight. I've been hearing about how good the SIoux played against the Russian Red Stars, Now seems to have just been extremely weak competition

As a student at UND the main reason I do not attend many games is just how long the games are. I'm not willing to sit in uncomfortable chairs for 4 hours and watch a team that is not very good. There just is not enough entertainment to keep me there or keep me coming back. There are no be rivals in the football schedule. If they were playing ndsu or had another known historical rival i would definately attend. I do not care if they beat some colleges I've barely heard of.

The play by the veteran defense looks like as big of a problem as our offense in this game. The BC forwards are wide open in front of the net and out working the D in the corners.The only positive ive seen this weekend is from the 1st forward line and some good forchecking by mario. Hopefully BC is just that good of a team

I think Hextall is an average hockey player that has not shown a jump in progress through his first three years at UND posting (26, 26, and 29 points) His grittyness and hustle will not be enough to give him playing time in the nhl.
