Agree with this as well.  Going to see them, or any concert in the Cities or elsewhere increases costs due to travel.  I’m ok with the price points for this caliber of performer.  Presale ticket sales seem to be going well also.

I bought two tix, didn’t know you could by more since it said on their site that you could only by two tix.  Didn’t want to risk having them canceled.  Of course, maybe you purchased tix on two different credit cards.

For future reference, I tried this for Louis CK at the Target Center.  A group of 6 of us were going, but there was a limit of four tickets.  I made one purchase of four on one card, and one of two on the other.  A few days later I got an email saying the set of two had been cancelled.  I assumed the system would have stopped me, but nope.  Luckily it turned out the other two ended up not being able to go, but I was still pretty pissed.

Well, it's not for the Gold yet, but USA plays Canada on Wednesday.  Should be a good game as these 2 teams hate each other.

    Wednesday, Feb. 14
    NBCSN
    10:10-12:30 a.m. -- Women's Ice Hockey: U.S. vs. Canada, NBCSN (LIVE)

Just to clarify, this game is at 9:10 PM, Central time

  3. I hope the Vikings brass forgets Bradford exists, I don't want him anywhere near this team.  I'd be good with keep Bridgewater, but only if he his competing for a starting job or is ok coming as the backup.  He hasn't really played in two years, so I'd be hesitant to give him the keys.  While it would be nice to keep Case to compete with Teddy, I'd be ok if he left too.  I don't think he can sustain the level of play he showed this season.

No way Brees leaves NO.  I'd stay far away from Kaep and Manning.  I don't trust Cousins.  Very intrigued by Alex Smith, he'd be my guy if he's willing to come.  Garoppolo would be interesting, but I have no feelings about him whatsoever.

Week 1 wasn't a choke.  That was a completely different Saints team.  They were wasting plays trying to force feed AP.  Even then, Bradford had the game of his life to help them win.

But the Vikings team was the same?  Some would say third string QB and missing their ROY candidate RB?

Thanks, so it appears it makes the most sense to simply auto renew my conference pass.

To be sure, you could reach out to them at nchctv@neulion.com.  They have been good at responding to my emails in the past.  I always get nervous they are going to overcharge me with the autopay.  Since your auto-renew date is after the Early Bird Special, it might be worth double checking.

  6. The single team price is the same as the Early Bird Special.  I went Early Bird just to have the option to watch other games.  Plus, single team package does not include the Frozen Faceoff quarterfinals.

    2017-18 NCHC.tv Pricing

    • Early Bird Conference Annual Pass (Aug. 15 through Sept. 15) - $94.95
    • Conference Annual Pass (Sept. 16 and after) - $109.95
    • School-Specific Annual Pass - $94.95 (Available after Sept. 15)
    • Conference Monthly Pass - $26.95 (Available after Sept. 15)
    • School-Specific Monthly Pass - $19.95 (Available after Sept. 15)

    Few other notes from Brad:

I feel like it will be weird to have different fonts on the front than on the back.  We'll see though.  I wonder if the numbers on the front will be the new font or the block style to match the back?

Although they failed to qualify for the playoffs in 2017, the championship made for a fantastic development atmosphere for Wolanin as a rookie.

The writer must have meant the Frozen Four??

  9. High praise for Gersich from Capitals camp.  Via Rotoworld:

Shane Gersich had a strong showing in the Capitals' rookie camp.

He was one of our best players if not the best player at camp," Capitals GM Brian MacLellan said in a conference call with reporters Monday. "Really happy about the way he's progressed and where we picked him. I think Ross Mahoney did a great job with that pick." Washington drafted Gersich with the 134th overall pick in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft. He broke out last season though with 21 goals and 37 points in 40 games as a sophomore with the University of North Dakota. Gersich is looking like a potential steal, but he plans to stay in college for his junior season so he won't be signing an entry-level contract in the near future.

A guy that covers the Rangers said Vegas didn't take Raanta, Good backup and could be flipped to a team that needs a goalie.

Sounds like Vegas is getting Berube from the Islanders. Snow is going to look like a genius after the expansion draft.

Custance is saying Nosek likely will be picked from the Red Wings.

How do you not take Raanta and Mrazek?

Vegas will have a new GM in 5 years.

Rotoworld has them taking Oscar Lindberg from the Rangers.
