I now realize why I have been anxious about my recent big purchase. I paid good money and took time off work for flight and tickets to the series in Denver. Woof.

Would be nice if Shaw paid attention to the play instead of focusing on cross-checking someone in the back. Wasn't even looking for the puck.

THIS. Not much more of a buzz kill when you get so few PP chances and when you do finally get a chance, you put it in the crowd for a D line change. Keep the puck below fricken 10 feet high and you should generally be ok.

But I don't think the Hak teams out shot teams as badly as this team has (especially tonight) and found ways to lose. Hak's teams just felt undermanned for a while until the players found their roles.

Finally got to sit down and watch late into the second. Shots were 14-14. From my vantage point, this was a great win by the team. Totally dominating zone time and getting good looks. I REALLY want to know what Cole Smith said to the Gophers goalie on the first goal. Hope everyone in Vegas is having a blast!

Liked the effort overall tonight. Would love to see Hain back in the lineup. Good possession time, just need to make some saves. I am more positive after a 3 goal loss than I would have expected. Hopefully Rhett can sit out the rest of the games. I am happy Simo & Olson are gone, but Rhett just won't learn and his stupid penalties are getting ridiculous.

Alex did say during the game that Berry liked his team and that they worked very hard this off-season. But worked hard on what???? Judging by this weekend, he must have meant their school work, because it couldn't have been hockey related.

Gotcha, that makes more sense. I didn't look that much into it. Weird how BC is atop the conference, but out of the NCAA tournament, while Prov. and NE are highly ranked nationally but 2-3 in the conference.

Get the team together and show them clips of the Omaha outdoor game, the comeback vs. the Gophers at the Final Five, the crowd turn outs for Tampa and annual Denver trips. Show them the support they have and who they're playing for.
