I counted 15 on the Wiki. However, one other one I would probably guess is Josh Weichel, who was just offered two days ago.
JaQuere Williams might be the guy.

Anyone know if McDonald has made his decision?
It doesn't look like it. Also, doesn't look like he's got any other offers other than Buffalo and Maine. Looks like he did visit Weber State.

Isn't that what they used to call the Moorhead State/Concordia game? Or maybe I just imagined that, I'm really not sure.
I think it was the power bowl or something similar to that. Can't remember who was the sponsor.

a sugar beet trophy made of crystal...
Yes, perfect. Now all we need to do is have those tight exec's shovel out the cash for the trophy and naming rights. We've already done the tough work.

Is there layoffs going on or do you mean lockout?

Perfect chance for American Crystal to step up and make it the Sugar beet bowl.

Bernstine didn't even screen the guy up top is own teammate did. Great play by Hooker. I'm not a huge basketball guy but I love UND getting the win.

Thanks everyone. Glad that this basketball team seems to be putting it together atleast enough to win.

The Montana schools are the one's I'll really miss, and yes we played them prior. Over all this is a good move.
I agree, I like the move and would love to play Montana schools in non conference games. This isn't the NCC of old like many are making comparisons too. There is some familiar faces with the top teams from the old NCC but I don't see Morningside, Augustana, St. Cloud, Mankato and other teams that would consistently plug the middle or cellar. We now get some games that fans can travel to and some home games that visiting team fans can travel to us. I like it, but understand why some would prefer to stay in the Big Sky.

We will be full members of the Summit for 2018-19, meaning we can win the auto bid. 2017-18 we are full members of Big Sky and can win auto bids. 2018-19 and 2019-20 our fb team will be an affiliate of the Big Sky meaning no autobid for playoffs. Which won't matte because if we have a record good enough to win the conference, we will get an at large.
Yes, this is what I was trying to say. I had it screwed up. Two years in the Big Sky with no autobid not MVFC.

2018 all sports move to Summit except FB
2020 FB moves to MVFC
I believe we're able to win the Summit right away and get the auto bid but in the MVFC we go two years before we get the auto bid. Which wouldn't matter cause if we won the MVFC we'd get at an at large bid anyway. I may be wrong but that's what I've come to understand.

Fun fact!:
If you dig into the latest NCAA Revenue/Expenses reporting documents conveniently buried deep on the UND website, you'll find out tha Men's Hockey actually ran a LARGER deficit for the school than Women's Hockey in the last reporting year.
Let me repeat: Men's Hockey lost money and had to be subsidized. And that subsidy was larger, as a straight dollar figure, than the Women's program.
The women "lost" approximately $1.2 million.
The men- about $1.5 million.
Yeah, the men's program drives revenue, but it doesn't cover the costs. Even if you work in licensing and merchandise rights, and assume that was all driven by Men's Hockey, the program was STILL in the hole.
Welcome to the reality of college athletics.
Theres a reason we are making this move. When even our prestige sport can't pay its own way, finding ways to cut down on the overall department costs (and resulting need for subsidy) is paramount.
It's accounting. They like things balanced. Common sense would tell a person that when a team sells over 11,000 seats for 20+ games a year with an average seat price over $30 that team would need hellacious overhead not to make money. Not to mention the ton of big donors, suites and all the rest of the money thrown at that program. I'm a football guy and would love for football to be top dog but common sense tells me Men's Hockey is making a ton of money and covering a lot of other sports butts.

That honestly exists today.
Most folks call it the "G5".
P5: Big Ten, ACC, SEC, Big Twelve, PAC-12
G5: MAC, MWC, Sun Belt, C-USA, AAC, WACThat's a fair point but there's no playoff or national champion crowned for G5.

I am glad UND is joining the Summit. This is the keystone that the Summit needed. The Dakota schools will now control their own destiny. When the MVC took Loyola - Chicago, over any of the Dakota schools, I thought screw them. With Wichita State potentially leaving the the MVC, it will be a shell of it's former self. Obviously, you will have hockey rivals with Denver and UNO, which will be a good rivalry.
As far as the MVFC, who cares? 2020 is a long way off. A lot can change. Summit football, FBS - Tier II?
This could happen. If it were to happen I'm hoping its FCS or if Tier II ever comes about that would be a good option. FBS just isn't in the cards for our schools. We can't compete with those Big Ten/SEC type schools year in and year out. Sure every once in awhile we get a team that could finish in the top of the middle of the pack 3rd-5th. I couldn't take it never winning a conference title and never sniffing a national title.

I don't believe he's officially been on campus before this weekend. So, this picture must be new. Which is really good news.

Really, Tom? You had to go there? It's 2017. We're several years removed from the previous regime, we've grown, we've matured, we've tasted success, we've made the playoffs, and we are full of hope and optimism for the first time in a long time. Yet, you had to take a snipe at the previous coach? By name? Show some class.
The writer here could have used big boy words and made several creative or witty allusions to the recent down period for UND football. He could have indirectly referenced Mussman a million different ways, and all of the readers in Siouxland would have gotten the joke, and maybe even smirked a little. He could have taken the high road and tied FB attendance to fan apathy or performance generally, instead of calling out a coach or a staff. This was small, petty, and mean. And bush league journalism. Okay for Deadspin, I suppose...maybe that's where Tom's aspirations lie.
The Herald is blessed to have such an excellent sports writer in Brad Schlossman...I only wish the same could be said for his colleague and understudy.
Boo, Tom. Boo.
I understand what your saying but it was an accurate description. I could get the feeling of what the mood was in the Ralph last night. Unfortunately, most fans weren't in the Alerus during that era of UND football. Especially hockey fans.
Toms a good writer and I believe that there's some hard feelings between Muss and the Herald staff. Not a big deal to me, but I can understand why you didn't like it.

2017 UND Recruiting

Seems like he could be coming aboard. Had offers at one point from Air Force, Wyoming, Illinois State, NDSU and UND. Not sure if some or all have pulled their offers but it also looks Moorhead State of all places also offered him two weeks ago.
