  1. The battle of life is, in most cases, fought uphill; and to win it without a struggle were perhaps to win it without honor. If there were no difficulties there would be no success; if there were nothing to struggle for, there would be nothing to be achieved. To the nickname supporters, take a stand and keep fighting. GO SIOUX!
  2. Give a break on your constant recruiting, this was done well long before Hak, the program is considerably bigger than just Hak. This argument you keep going on about, heard it when Gasparani took over, heard it when Blais took over, they did pretty well don't you think. The recruits will still come, the program is going to do well with or without Hakstol. This is a credit due to more than just him, give it a rest about Johnson, good coach, good proven record. I would also say based on you going on about this, should have gone deeper into post season with what you keep saying, teams have been unprepared in those losses.
  3. Thoughts: 1. Standing Rock people should have had the right to vote, their board controlling and not listening it's people. 2. State funded institution, should have also let the tax payers decide as well. 3. The President and AD would have never been an issue, why is it in this country the 1% of the vote runs everything these days?
  4. Time for a change, it'll come.
  5. I agree, we all know Hakstol loves this program and bleeds green, but the reality is that the games we lost in the regionals or the frozen four in years past, the team in the first period acts like it doesnt even belong on the ice. They seem to always play catch up in these games. If you look at the intensity on the bench during the game with Blais, he and his assistants are constantly cheerleading the players and seem to have so much energy. I can't count how many times when Hakstol is interviewed after these losses its the same story, we weren't prepared and we just didn't come prepared. If you look at Blais's teams, no matter who he puts on the ice, he gets allot out of those players and seems to be prepared always. I would also say, Hakstol should have a good record in years past, look at the quailty of players year in and year out that play here.
