15 Sioux fans in the stands for UND's biggest game ever, you guys need to be in the summit league, Sioux falls would at least have had a 1,000 or more fans.
So what was NDSU's reason for their !@#!$ turnout in Sioux Falls this year? This year was better than last year (which didn't take much) but still really sad numbers since the :"thundering road head" claim to be the best traveling fan base....

This has nothing to do with ndsu, I just think belonging t a conference in your own geography is good for traveling to away games. If you guys are fine with the travel situation you are in awesome. I am not trying to convince you otherwise
How many NDSU basketball games have you gone to this year KINGRANCH....be honest.

It all depends on who shows up to play.....I have more confidence in the women as the consistency has been there. As for the men....we are better off flipping a coin. I hope Coach Jones gets his team ready because every team in the Big Sky is hungry and anyone can win it all....

In the past 10 yrs or so I have gone to every F5 & the F4 in St Paul. I have kinda learned to try & enjoy it one game at a time & when we have lost remember what it took to get there. That is hard but we have nice weather soon after so it's easy to shift to new things. It has to be luck that gets someone a Natty. All we can do is pray real hard to the Hockey Gods or does anyone have any other Mo-Jo ideas other than fire Hak ?
Well....the team is undefeated when I'm in attendance. Haven't seen them lose yet this year (including road games). So they might want to reserve a spot for me on the charter to guarantee a Natty this year!

I venture up to the ol' Nazi Memorial Rink once or twice a year to cheer on the opponent. I may or may not be a fan of a current conference foe. I've noticed a good chunk of your fan base knows little to nothing about hockey, other than that the puck is supposed to go into the net. I'm a little confused that a program with such a storied history has a fan base that knows so little about basic aspects of hockey. I can understand not having a grasp of schemes and styles of play, but not knowing what offsides is? or icing? really?
You dont like hockey but you come up for a game or 2? Thank you your donation to UND athletics troll!

The point being made here by most is this: NDSU fans come here and talk idiotic smack most of the time because they can't seem to forget about us even though they don't care about us or know who we are. In their defense, they have just won 3 national titles at FCS. Our response to them is that we have hockey and that FCS football is second rate? What a horrible argument and rebuttal. The belittlement of FCS football by hockey snobs is embarrassing to our fanbase. Remember, potential FCS football recruits read this stuff people. This type of thinking is what started the "butthockey" thing at FU. We're behind right now in football, but I can promise you we will catch up soon. Real soon. When we gain traction and get to where we belong at FCS in the playoffs and competing for national championshops, I hope our hockey fans don't sneer at it like they do now. Just a brutal attitude overall.
When our football team or NDSU's football team is producing more professional athletes than UND's hockey I will think differently. I know i'm not belittling anything. Its just the truth. Football and Basketball will always be 2nd and 3rd for the fact that UND hockey produces more professional athletes than football and basketball combined.

NDSU should add hockey. But they won't because they know that it will have higher attendance then their basketball team.

Just got all packed up and will be taking off. Will be staying at the Graves 601. Nice skip across the street to the Target Center. Love having this tournament in Downtown Minneapolis rather then the X. Don't have to waste $20 each way on taxi cab fares since we stay in downtown Minneapolis every year.
