Not long ago the board chatter was it'd take about an additional $2-$4 million annually for an FCS to jump to FBS. Where'd that go? It always seemed to come up if @SiouxVolley even thought the letters F-B-S.
NDSU was fully funded. UND is not. May that is the disparity.

I get bad cramps working outside in the heat. Bought some potassium pills last year to try and combat.
100 degrees last week I figure I better get those out of storage.
Color me surprised when I finally looked at the label.
99 mg of potassium.
2% of Daily Value. What's the point of even selling these. Its literally the same amount as one bite of a banana.
I thought krampade was just another electrolyte sports mix. I was wrong. So I bought my first bag.
4,000 mg of potassium in one scoop. Great results. Highly recommended on function not flavor.
Pickle juice for a quick fix. Also for waking up with leg and feet cramps.

One man's observations (meaning they can be wrong and yours may differ):
Whatever "it" Bohl and Klieman have, I just don't see it in Entz.
Entz to me is more Bubba than Bohl.
Some of his coaching decisions have thrown me. His recruiting will tell me a lot this and next year.

For non athletes? Doubtful.
There is no or ever was a cap on earned income for regular students. How did you get that out of my post?

Why? Some of these top level guys have legit value. Is there a cap on summer jobs?
There used to be.

Word is on the street that the BOHE wants Mark Kennedy back to clean up NDSU. Timing worked perfect after getting outsted from Colorado so they want to jump on the opportunity to get him back in the system.
Nice troll.

I'm assuming they kind of wanted to fire him, and this was a preferred route for both parties.
What Ive heard is they werent going to give him the usual 2 year contract. Just one year. IMO he was tired of being dicked with so he dictated the terms of
his future.

" then become a tenured NDSU professor"
So, there giving him a kind of soft landing instead of the norm of a buy out.
Yeah they always let a a pres they want to fire stay an extra year and then stay on later in another capacity?

College sports and amateurism unlikely to survive in todays climate. These justices are distancing themselves from their predecessors, who recognized a need to exempt the NCAA. You can keep elevating the P5s and form smaller, tighter super leagues where athletes get some measure of their economic worth. But how does the whole house of cards not fall?
Maybe the small handful of money making athletes at the small handful of money making schools will share with the rest to keep the rest of D1, all of D2/D3, and all of the non-revenue departments, teams, and schools afloat. You know, out of the goodness of their hearts.
NCAA brought it on themselves. They refused to stop being their overbearing, self righteous, unfair ruling, prickish selves. The SCOTUS gutted them.

Floyd had low levels of both. The defense didnt even argue about the meth. Their laughable arguable was the fentanyl caused Floyd to die.
Schleicher pointed jurors toward the testimony of a forensic toxicologist who found fentanyl levels were “well below the ratio” of people who die from an overdose and a “very low” level of methamphetamine in blood taken from Floyd at the hospital
Again you are not telling the whole story. When Fentanyl and Meth are combined it is much more potent.

Actually, Floyd didn't.
The toxicology results indicated somewhat negligible levels in Floyd.
Fentanyl intoxication is hardly negligible.

quoted from link...
According to the report, Floyd, who had been apprehended on suspicion of passing a counterfeit $20 bill, died of "cardiopulmonary arrest complicating law enforcement subdual, restraint, and neck compression."
My opinion, since the officers did the opposite of the "protecting and serving" here, and the defense was almost incompetent, this was a no brainer for the jurors.
Coroners report also said he was in Fentanyl intoxication and heart disease that contributed to his demise. Also said there was no bruising on the necks exterior surface or interior.

If NDSU loses in a close one, is it possible they still get seeded ahead of us. I put nothing out of the realm of possibility.
Did we beat you head to head?

Bison06.... maybe you could consider leaving our board rather than blocking people....just saying!
Just can’t figure out the purpose of these continuous urination matches....seriously!
If you cant take opposing views dont come here. If the board owner doesnt want public opinion he can always take this venue private.

Well their offense is a one man team that is for sure... very little depth or versatility!
Why change whats working? When you have a team on their heels you keep them there until they stop you. Please expound on NDSUs depth???

And exactly what time/place do they have that draws the attention that this did? Whether you agree with it or not, that's the whole point. It is a very passive, peaceful, non-confrontational way to make a point in front of a significant audience.
And those actions also have consequences.
