In a way I hope we get kicked out of the Big Sky and get into the Summit instead.....after this fiasco is "finalized"

Lets look at reality here. This is for the share of a toilet bowl conference title...yes it has been a great conference this year. However the term great west still doesn't bring fans into the stadium. No one cares if we win the great west. Yeah it looks good, but I believe winning the Great west brings in recruits or fans. Two years from now, the stadium will be packed again for the Big Sky. See you all there on saturady.

Being a UND student for 7 years (undergrad and grad) and a U of Sioux Falls fan for 10 more before that....i couldn't agree more. I'm giving USF credit...again they outcoached Mussman. This guy is a joke, at this point next year we will be 1-7, just one notch above northern colorado at the basement of the league standings.

Wow your funny! 12,000 people made it to a basketball game? Thats AWESOME!!! We only do that at every hockey game.... but your right we aren't a hockey state. Back to Back sell out nights. First of all i didn't even grow up a hockey fan and am one now. Second of all I still love to watch the NCAA tourney. But all that mattered to me today was the Sioux beating the Bulldogs. The Sioux or Bison will NEVER win a national bball title, and it won't be a big deal if they win one game. Its big news but not BIG news. I don't see Murray State being on the front page of tomorrows news in every paper like you claim. Same would go for a hockey title. Lets put it this way....I'd rather be the best at something that 5% of America cares about than being a nobody for the other 95%....in other words you are less than that 5% and now more 0%. Lets face it, we are in North Dakota, what matters most between Minnesota and North Dakota? Hockey!!!
