If we lose out there, it will be the worst hockey facility in the country, bad ice, bad seats,bad food,etc. If we win it will be the best facility for a regional tournament in the history of man,and we'll want it there every year. Simple.

Hard to believe St. Cloud can't get 400 fans to buy tickets to a regional 170 miles away.

After reading all this doom and gloom, I think I'll just draw myself a nice warm bath, open my wrists, and avoid all the misery to come in the next two and a half weeks.

They didn't all go to Tech fans. Heard of UND fans getting them.

You do realize that Jason Hajdu is the UND hockey Sports Information Director, and works for UND. He is not a sports reporter. His job is to represent UND mens hockey, not criticize the players or coach.

I can't believe no-one has mentioned the brilliant strategy by Hak that got us this bracket at the west regional. Had we beat St. Cloud on Fri. and they then went on to lose again Sat. they would not have made the NCAA tournament. If we would have won both games and retained our #1 overall ranking we would be playing RIT. St. Cloud would not be in the tournament, therefore another 3 seed would have to play here, perhaps Minny or BC. If we had beat Miami they may not have been a one seed, further upsetting the apple cart. Fargo may have been the Region of Death. Dave Hakstol, evil genius. Just sayin.

I think it was a little better than last year. The Target Center is what it is , an old rundown basketball arena. I kept thinking, this place needs a good scrubbing. They evidently don't have an adequate exhaust system for their deep fryers. The whole place smells like burnt grease. Nauseiating at times. And hey, you get to pee in a trough!
