I believe, but am not certain, that a win will clinch a points tie, and a tie goes to a tie-breaker, which we own 4-0. That means we get possession of The Cup. Badgers are on a 5X3 late in the third. They score to tie the game!

Now THAT would be a great hockey tradition . . . .

What's better than closing weekend of the WCHA? Well, ok, that. And that. Maybe that. Not much else.

It's Tech. And the crowd. And the Cup. Cripes. Wish we were there. Ain't nothing like watching some hockey history.

Jake Bradt became a man last weekend. Maybe it was the 10-1 game in Mankato. His confidence is brimming, and his team is following. This is going to be a fun run. I don't wanna hear any naysaying, or doubting, from here on in. Even if we end up splitting with Tech this weekend. We get swept? Well then, never mind. Sioux. 2-0.

I'm starting to cook up a big plate of sausage to ready for the celebratory.
