  1. We’re only going to be as good as Stewart plays a good point. I just don’t think Stewart is the leader we want/need.
I understand that he gets no help at the so called shooting guard position. Brown? Moody??? But he pouts too much when he can’t get off himself. Reminds at times of DaRuin my Night,  a few years ago.

Hopefully coach got a point that allows it to come to him and not worry about getting his.

I agree, Siegel played really well!  I'd still like Holm back and healthy though.   Maybe Siegel would overtake Blubaugh or could at least spell him if he's having a bad game or something.

I agree, depth is always good.

Hope Holm is back to 100% and can play.

I Thought Siegel played well on Saturday, especially the first 1/2.  They went after him a few times and he was up to it.

Last Bison game I went to was in Iowa City.  Next one will be in Oregon.  I like Cedar Falls games. These kinds of games are for the little people. The football-loving hoi palloi.

The Fabulous Fargo Dome is always sold out.  The only reason this is a big ticket is because UND fans want in.  The prices are laughably high.  Nobody From Fargo is buying. They are selling.

The UND roster has not been upgraded much, if at all, this off season and you have, for better or worse, a new OC that’s wet behind the ears but was once a star for the Hawks at QB.

Currently Sagarin has NDSU #19 in the country.  Their roster is loaded.  They have a new head coach that was DC on last years national champions with a long track record of success. They also have a new OC direct from a successful program at Indiana State and an enviable Bison pedigree as a player.

Budgets for the 2 schools are very similar. NDSU just gets a lot of bang for their football buck. On that basis they are very good at football. Among the best.

    How about your QB?

Conference play kicks into full gear on September 15. Week 3 features Nicholls-McNeese on Cox Sports Television, which will be available on ESPN3 outside CST territory. ESPN+ will carry Northwestern State-Lamar and Central Arkansas-Southeastern Louisiana. ESPN3 will have exclusive coverage of Abilene Christian at Houston Baptist, while Sam Houston’s home game vs. North Dakota will be available on ESPN3 throughout most of the country. KXMB will carry the game in the Bismarck market, while other local affiliates in the Dakotas will be announced closer to game time.

    Great news!

Affects of new AD? This is great news!

Good to see Jone's coaching style hasn't changed. He is able to recruit good athletes that like to just play ball. My guess is that is his selling point to recruits. "Why would you want to go to another D1 school where they have stucture and discipline, come here and you can run and gun aand do what you want".  That is basically what Moody from Dickinson said when he signed.  Then he does his post game interview and whines that is players just go rouge and do what they want and don't play defense. Shocking.

Yea, Our big instate recruit this summer was great! He was on tv getting caught punching a guy in the lower waist during the shrine game!! Bek I watched to see the kid, and he did that! Haven’t seen anyone talk too much about that on here!
