Funny thing is Idaho used to be our big rivalry after Montana State, now even with all the Big Sky talk nobody here really gives a sh^t about them, they've become pretty irrelevant in any conversation.

Without giving details what did GF Hockey to be suspended? As a relatively new poster to this forum I should know what's off limits.
He's not suspended, Jim's got a breathalyzer hooked to his phone and he can only post if his BAC is below .15...haven't seen any posts so apparently he's been on a roll this week.

Looks like the NHL will expand to Las Vegas if enough season tickets are sold to prove Vegas is a viable market.
Vegas would be an interesting experiment, I'd like to see how many people would add a hockey game to their itinerary on a Vegas trip in winter.

I remember the badger about 10 years ago. A Halloween weekend game and someone snuck it in in a costume. Through it right at the wisconsin player, right after the national anthem finished. It was a good size, I was surprised the got it over the glass.
I remember seeing the video of that one, perfect end to the anthem. The one I was talking about was when some industrious Sioux fans (I assume students) stashed a badger in the rafters with a noose around its neck and ran fishing line or wire where they could get to it, then pulled it after the Sioux scored on Wisconsin and the badger came swinging down from the rafters like it was the gallows, those were the days.

Fish on the ice is definitely minor league. I much prefer gophers.
Only us oldheads will remember but the sieves on the ice were a favorite of mine, that and the badger that came swinging from the rafters in a noose after scoring on Wisconsin, that was good.

It's off to a great start, hope it doesn't get the second season blues.
I find myself watching more and more of the guy reality shows like Ax Men, Wicked Tuna, Gold Rush, etc...starting to wonder if I need to go on some big adventure and get it out of my system?
