That was a de-cleater and a shame it was a penalty.
Definitely 2 or 3 REAL iffy calls that period.
Well, we're up against it now, we'll see if they have enough gas left in the tank to hold us off.
-
Really gonna call that? Really?
-
We're probably getting outshot here, that's hard to believe.
...and another PK coming...
-
Almost a gift goal there.
-
Another weak goal short side. The last three scored on him were the same place.
That's exactly what I didn't want to see after last Saturday.

UAA plays like this next week they'll take 4 points from the goofs.
Brutal schedule for them...Sioux, Gophers, Pioneers....altho Goofs aren't too scary right now.
-
The trend continues...massacres on Fridays, tight games on Saturdays.

Denver 3
Minnesota 0
Final
Back to back shutouts at home, wonder how the Gopher faithful is treating that?
-
I know you guys were 0-3 to end last year!
That is a painful fact.
-
Yup.
Wow, 3 goals in 3+ games, gonna be a long year if they don't find some offense.
Not that I care.
-
Pioneers just went about 2-0 on MN if anyone cares. WOW MN just can't find the net
Is this game at Mariucci?
-
Man, doesn't it ABSOLUTELY SUCK to have to decide between 2 good goalies. At this point I'm feeling fine about either one and I don't have that deep fear that maybe one will go down with an injury like I had when Lammy was really the one and only.
Well said.

Hey... if you doubt yzerman's comment, just ask JS Giguere. He won a Stanley Cup because of it. Giguere isnt a great goaltender. He's good, not great. He's not a hall of famer. But that year, he was always in the right position to make the save or, at the very least, make the goal difficult to score.
If Dell keeps it up, great.
Do I think he'll continue playing as good as he did last night? No. He'll have some "Freshman" mishaps.
But he's good.
And I'll say it again: I think Hak should give Dell another start.... tonight.
Agree with what you're saying redwing, but I think it would scare me more having BE go 3 weeks between starts, especially after a very average performance against the Gophers Sat. night.
Granted the Sioux came out a little flat Saturday after the big win the night before, and the Gophers had at least 1 breakaway that I can remember and some more 2 on 1's and 3 on 2's, but what disturbed me was that he got caught out in "no mans land" beside the goal 2 or 3 times, and I really want to see how he comes back tonight.
Hopefully, he regains the shutout form, and Hak starts Dell again against Tech, then everything will be "good in the 'hood".

He's played pretty well, first goal should have been a stop but he's been solid.
