This is 100% absolutely serious. A couple of my friends and I came up with this earlier this week. We're all hardcore UND fans but realize a name change is coming sooner or later. Think about it? --It would be a unique name - no other college in the US has it. --Sharptail grouse are native to ND and Minnesota, so there it a connection there. --Keep "Fighting" as a tie to the current name - even though what these grouse door is technically more dancing than fighting. --"Tails" is also a reference to Flickertails - UND's original name There are other advantages too!
