I called Whiteys and the guy who answered the phone did not know if they ran a bus. He told me to call back tomorow. That did not inspire any optimism in me. The Red Pepper is definitely going to be on my list. I guess I could just use a cab. I know the El Rocco runs a bus.

I just scored some tickets for Saturday nights game and will be driving to Grand Forks Saturday. The last time I came up I stayed in East Grand and took Whiteys bus to and from the games. I heard Whiteys closed/opened. Is Whiteys open? If so, do they run a bus? If not, does anyone know of another place that runs a bus and has a hotel nearby? I prefer not having to drive if its an option.

$500 is actually reasonable. What should it cost? I certainly dont mean to condescend, but dang.

I am stuck at work and the FSN directors cut is just still images. Are there any other web stream options that anyone knows of?

I received an email today about buying first round playoff tickets. The Series Packages go on sale tomorrow at 10am central. It looks like the students are on break that weekend(Mar 11-13). I have never been to the first round off the WCHA playoffs in Grand Forks. Does anyone have any thoughts? Should I try to get the tickets tomorrow? Or would it be ok, to just wing it? I only ask because I am unsure how many people I would have going. I realize alot of this depends on who the opponent winds up being.

Anybody know if the Sioux/Seawolves game is being televised this Friday/Saturday? Dish, Directv, Comcast or otherwise?

Thanks for the information! Back when we played the Beavers in Bemidji this season the game was broadcast on one of the public television stations(I believe it was KAWB Lakeland public television, channel 22 on dish) and that is one of the reasons I started this topic. The only reason I found out about that telecast was because I have "Sioux Hockey" as one of my DVR timers and it recorded it. Otherwise I would have missed watching the game only because I had no idea it was being shown on that obscure channel. It was one of the few games(other than when we play the Goophs on FSN) that I could watch using Dish network. Anyway, I love watching the Sioux and appreciate info that helps me to that end.

I know this info is out there, but I cannot seem to find a good source. I see on the Fighting Sioux site that Friday nights game is on FSSN, Midco SN(unsure what that is), and FCS Central. Saturdays game is on WDAZ, WDAY, FSSN, Midco SN and FCS Atlantic. I have Dish Network and I don't believe I have access to any of these channels. As I understand it Directv carries the FCS channels and I have watched games at my local sports cantina on FCS. Here is my question: How do I determine what channel numbers FCS Atlantic or FCS Central are on the Directv lineup? One establishment I frequent has both Comcast and Directv with the Sports Package, but the staff has no clue what channel number FCS is. If I can tell them a number they are more than happy to turn the game on for me, but it is a hassle for them to search for it. If someone knows what channel a particular game is on please post it on this page. ie....Fridays game is on FCS Central, which is available through Directv on channel 617. Or if Midco SN is available through a specific channel number on comcast. Or if a game is on the NHL network, etc, etc. I sometimes see television coverage info under a specific games page but ussually have to search the whole thread in hopes of finding it. This will be a central spot specifically for tv coverage info. The national tv schedule on Inch seems incomplete and not up to date. I do not intend for this to be a page for the FTA folks, as that is a whole other issue.

How about a score? I see you the Gopher score posted but no Sioux score. I assume zero/zero?

I live in the south metro and have dish network. I understand this charter channel is a cable deal so I will not be able to recieve the broadcast at home. Does anyone know of a sports bar that has cable as their television provider? The couple of bars that I frequent use satelite(DishN or DirecTV).

I am sure these are readily available somewhere, but I am not having any luck so I am turning to the helpful folks at Sioux Sports for help. Images of the current Fighting Sioux Logo are easy to find. Can anybody tell me where I can find images of the past logos? I am thinking of the generic outline from the eighties and the old Chicago Blackhawks style. I dont remember if there were others? Also the years they were used would help.

I did not see another thread that seemd to match what I am looking for, so here goes. I remember last year I had a complete NCAA DI mens hockey schedule that listed what channels each game was broadcast on. This helped me watch some games on CSTV and ESPNU, not to mention the games on FSN affiliates. I realize the SIOUX/GOPHERS series will be on FSN North. But I was trying to see if the Icebreaker would be on CSTV or ESPNU or if maybe the Colorado series would be on FSN Rocky Mountain? I dont have a Free-To-Air system, so the FSSN games will be viewed at Sensers. Just trying to make a plan to see as many games as possible. I have DISH with the sports pack. Anybody know where I can find this info? I read the forum often, but this is only my fifth post.

I see Fridays game is on Fox Sports Rocky Mountain. I have Dish Network with the Sports pack, but I dont see this channel in my lineup. Anybody know what channel this is on Dish network?
