My only critique would be to have either the interlocking logo or the state name, not both. But I would be happy seeing this on the ice... Anyone have any idea if the logo will be replaced on the ice? I would like to see teh state-outline-ND on the ice

They can't ban you from wearing the logo. Fraternity members are active on campus, so if you are not, then yes they may have more of a say than you. Personally, I liked 'Force of the North.' Stupid Fargo!!!

October 1 is well into the football season. Would the name be dropped mid-semester? I wouldn't think so. It is going to have to go this summer--in order to market the athletic teams. Right? Also, how long do I have to buy a Sioux jersey before they are dust?

Like Dartmouth (right?)... It's a good idea we will be known by nothing other than the Sioux while technically having no name. Also, it puts more emphasis on the school's name and the state, which would be cool. Now, I'll tie this back to the topic... I like the "North Dakota" only jerseys... like Bemidji's... very clean.

I think tonight's loss will be a good opportunity for Hak to break the team down a little bit from clinching the cup, in order to build them back up for the postseason. If nothing else, its always good to get one last loss out of the way before the F5, and NCAAs.
