UAA games to be televised on FSSN, in ND and northwest MN. I'm assuming that FTA viewers anywhere will be able to pick up the games?

Do you think the games will be shown on FTA? I know FCS won't be picking up the games, but the feed from the FTA might....as they have in the past. Thanks!

So can someone clarify something for me.....I was under the impression that we are the "Fighting Sioux" this coming 2011-2012 year. The merchendising license was extended for another year (I thought). I understand that most of the transition work to retire the name will be done by end of the year, but won't we finish this school year (2011-2012) as the Fighting Sioux? Is there a new timeline regarding the retirement of Sioux logo?
I know some of this information is yet to be released, but anyone on here with some inside information.......I just want one more year as the Fighitng Sioux!!

We've got 2 more Sioux fans coming from Minneapolis! We're leaving at 5am Saturday morning. Should hopefully make it to the pre-game party. I just picked up center ice tickets on Craigslist and we're in section 208!!! I can't wait for the Sioux game!! GO FIGHTING SIOUX!!!

Its the signal not the satellite (91w) if you scan 91w I am sure you will pick up all the other transponders with good signal. We are only able to get it my physically moving it off 91w, and ONLY getting a broken picture because we have bigger dish.
Worst year ever, its like trying to find a moving target.
If you feel you need a tune up give me a call.

I have nudged my 90cm motorized Hot Dish east and west and the best I get is around 49% signal quality but dropping to 30's all the time, now getting breakups.
(So not only is the signal weak and fluctuating, its not exactly at the 91w position to some folks)
Yea. Pete you set mine up about year and half ago and 91w is not working right now. Last time I watched a Sioux game I didn't have this much trouble.

Fixed. I think 30 inch. Not sure though. I'm bummed, we've had more problems this year than last year

Anyone know if the Gophers FSN broadcasts are in HD this year??
All Gopher hockey games are in HD this year. So the series in Grand Forks will be in HD. I'd like to know if FSN will do there pre-game show on the main level of The Ralph! They did a few years ago and the Sioux Band stood right behind them during the pre-game show and played our fight song. It was fun to see!! GO SIOUX!

The Sioux signal has been well under par recently, now with the snow the signal is (Back) bouncing between 25-32% quality here : ( . If your dish has snow on it, it will not help.
I think Grand Forks is getting some big snow right now too. That could by the signal is bad here in the Twin Cities.

Are we getting a bad signal because of the weather? I'm in Savage Minn and lost everything on the dish. Pete what do you think?
???Thankfully it's on channel 10 on Mediacom but the picture quality sucks.
