No but they have let UMD dictate pace of the game. They let them direct play out of the corners in their own defensive zone. They have dominated the transition game. And they slotted a good goal, so now they can buckle down and play conservatively.
Hockey is a game of ebbs and flows as momentum shifts from team to team throughout the game. Maybe the 3rd period we will slot a few goals and feel entirely differently about the game.
As for now. UMD seems to be the better team.
