The entire team needs to step out on the ice ready to play. Last night you could see the trouble Miami's forecheck was giving us. Not able to string together passes, and forcing some stupid ill-advised passes in our defensive zone. We need to fix that. Scheel was equally cold coming out at the start. He needs to fix that. Tonight, I am hoping we are fired up at puck drop, and we skate away with an easy win. Hopefully.

I mean, he was hunched over, skating at an angle, I just don't see how that initial stick contact was above the crossbar. But I could be wrong.

Crossbar, right? I don't think is was above the crossbar. Maybe I am wrong.

I am not sure which is more stressful: Getting off to a two goal deficit only to come back and battle to a tie. Or Getting off to a two goal lead, only to go into a prevent defense and piss it away to a tie.

It's complicated.

My point is, don't give up an offensive zone penalty at the end of the game (unless you are behind).

Hey, we got off to a truly crappy start. AGAIN! That crap has got to STOP! We did rally, and the rally was real. we just gotta come out firing on all cylinders and not give up really stupid penalties throughout the game. That should be easy, right?
