If memory serves me correctly, Duncan won like 3 draws in a row in our own end.  UNH won the last draw and scored with maybe a second to go to tie it up and send to OT.  Sioux were up that whole game I believe.

Sitting in a hotel room at the bwi LaQuinta and we were delayed hours due to a freak snowstorm in md. And all we were getting was that stupid lacrosse game.

Kind of like football now where receivers can go over the middle with no repercussions.

Turn late, get hit, fall and its a review.  It's not going away, so like those free safeties in football that have to ease up, the same goes for guys going into the wall to hit somebody.

I just can't see a "don't put yourself in a vulnerable position" rule.  Way too much gray area there for the officials to deal with.

A check from behind is a check delivered on a player who is not aware of the impending hit, therefore unable to protect or defend himself, and contact is made on the back part of the body. When a player intentionally turns his body to create contact with his back, no penalty shall be assessed.

no grey area at all you turn no penalty.

In my opinion the Kleven majors are fines/suspensions at the AHL/NHL level also. I don’t think officiating is a reason for him to bail. He will also be asked to fight a lot once he turns pro because of big hits.

Since that wouldn’t have been a penalty in the nhl last night I think most people would disagree.

Wouldn’t it be neat if Constantini caught fire like Cagulia did in the 2016 NCAA tourney. Gaber really reminds me of Duncan, even occupies the same office. Maybe his Junior or senior they’ll be chanting Hobey Baker like they did when Duncan scored goals his hobey year. Didn’t hurt Duncan that he had pretty fair line mates to set him up.

Duncs acceptance speech one of 3 best in the country. Not sure if I was one of the 3 best on my team.

Looks like there are 7 schools, but like you said almost all the the kids come from 2 schools.  I get that they will would probably never compete at the AA level, but there are tons of programs in the same boat.  I'm not sure why they are the exception.

Same answer they give in way Minneapolis north gets to be single in football.

So I wasn’t able to watch the game last night. Anyone have any thoughts on anything UND can shore up for tonight’s game? Did UND play pretty well over all last night? Anything that they could change up? Just curious to get everyone’s thoughts on how the team performed. Thanks.

They played a good not great two periods. A couple of bad penalties that were penalties a couple of head scratcher what was dregger thinking when he called it.  3rd period they ran out of gas killing the two penalties.
