Since I was curious, I looked up to see what the various populations are. Population of the cities in order of their rankings are below. Except for Newport, VT, they are all from the US Census Bureau's website and from 2010...I was unable to find them on the website. The population of Minot listed was 40,888

Also, I thought that Minot got colder than Fargo a lot of the winter...but whatever, its just a list. My first thought when looking at the list was what are those two cities in Vermont doing on here.
