Does anyone know if getting the application in early helps or does it not make a difference if it doesn't get in until May 31?

Does anyone have any experience on filling these applications out as well as the success rate of actually getting the tickets if you are not a preferred applicant? I think the NCAA will begin accepting applications 4/1.

I was told that they are not allowing the scanner to unsan tickets and reenter. If it is like it was in Madison years ago, they didn't allow us to leave to smoke.
In that case, I'll bring my nicotine patch just in case. No point on risking missing the Sioux game!

The parking lot opens at 3:30 but the doors to the building do not open until 4:30. The Kelly lot is the only one reserved for parking passes. For the rest of the arena you pay the $5 each time you come into the lot and it is on a first come, first serve basis. Also you can not leave the building and come back in during or between the games tonight. These are all NCAA rules, not Engelstad.
Can someone exit the smoking door to return in an hour?

C'mon now, that's hardly fair. Newspapers love controversy, and that's one reason they publish letters to the editor. Look at how much chatter it generated here. Just because the Herald published the letter doesn't mean the paper agrees with it.
Besides, my educated guess tells me that the letter writer was a "she" and a Bison fan. Read it in that context, and it begins to make more sense.
I believe there is a few "Petry's" in Fargo. Not that this means anything. Anyone Bison fan could have written that and signed any name.

Nope. Not familiar with Poncho or Lefty my friend. I do miss that restaurant when it was in GF though. It was so much better than Grizzlies. Has it been confirmed that both Friday and Saturday's games are on FSSN?

If Wisconsin keeps up its skid, who's to say the Gophers don't go to Green Bay and Wisconsin doesn't pack its bags for Grand Forks? Michigan Tech is the host of the midwest region, not Bucky Badger. There's no guarantee that UW ends up in Green Bay.
