  1. Exactly, we all have some bad fans. For the series in December in Grand Forks I had something fly right by my face as I was walking up the aisle in my gopher jersey. I could care less what Hennesey thinks about Gopher fans. They're certainly no worse than Sioux fans.
  2. Every school has idiots that do things like this. Last year at the final five two Sioux fans had very tasteless signs calling Hirsch crazy. After the game was over they almost got their butts kicked by Chucko's dad and some other parents. One mother of a player was actually in tears over it. It's pathetic to even think about bringing a sign to a game making fun of Bina, but it was no worse than what those two Sioux fans did last year. For you to say that gopher fans are the most classless because of this is very hypocritical on your part.
  3. My god people, Oshie is not the only player on the ice. With the way you people talk about him you'd think it was him with seven assists in the last two games and not Kessel. Get off your knees!! The kid's a great player but I don't need to read a post that says "Oshie is checked but hangs on to the puck." That's not worthy of a post. I heard that Oshie actually tied his own skates before the game, I'm surprised no Sioux fan posted that.
  4. Exactly. Everyone who knows him says he is a real quiet kid who stays out of the spotlight whenever possible. People in the gopher program say he just wants to blend in with the rest of the team. But then of course we have people like Goon who can't believe what a pre madonna he is because of his press conference announcing his decision to attend the the "U." Never mind the fact that Kessel wanted nothing to do with it. I'm sure fans of other teams would love to believe Kessel is a cancer to whatever team he plays for but it's just simply not true.
  5. Kessel wanted NOTHING to do with that press conference to announce his decision. USA hockey made him do it. Kessel HATES attention and that's the truth. He is probably the most humble player on the team and avoids the spotlight every chance he gets. Did you even hear that press conference you're talking about? It was one word answers over and over. It was obvious he felt uncomfortable doing it. I know for a fact that he wanted nothing to do with it.
