I wish Oshie shot this much for us... maybe he does, but it seems like I'm hearing his name an awful lot... or maybe it's just the enthusium that it is being said with

Without seeing any of this game on tv, it sounds like the Finland goalie is playing really solid. It also seems like our goalie is play very spasticly (is that a word). It seems like every time I hear about our goalie, he's sprawled on the ice. But as long as he makes the saves, it's all good. geez... another penalty

Oshie is like a gold mine for the USA power play. Not only is he doing great on killing penalties, but he's drawing them left and right... (well, his line at least)

These annoucers really like Oshie's line. Said they are the "energy line" and that Oshie has really brought a lot of energy tonight. One of them said something about he'd really like to play with Oshie... or at least that is what I heard.

We just opened our Imax on Friday... so we are having special showings in the morning...

I have to work at 8:30 (at a movie theater) and I'm worried about becoming to addicted and wanting to listen until the end... :-/ oh well, hockey is DEFINATLY worth it!

Oshie's gotta be excited to be playing in front of a "home" crowd. Many of his family and friends finally get to see him play on ice

The announcers sound like they really like Oshie's play. This is really cool to listen to, the annoucers are so into in and the crowd hates us so much...

I didn't get to listen to the game... was anything said about how Lee or Chorney was playing? Good job USA keep up the great work. I'd love to see TJ get five goals in one game...

I live in Madison, WI when I'm not at school at UND and I went to elementary school with Jack Skille. I can guarentee that Skille and Kessel don't get along. It stems way back... before college, before high school. They were on the same team as little kids. It goes as far back as their parents don't get along. If you really want a link, there was a short blurb about it in the Star Trib that I'm sure I could find for you if you really wanted it. It's been rumored that the reason Kessel actually went to U of M (as opposed to the fact that the Badgers don't score enough goals) is that he didn't want to be Skille's teammate anymore. Not saying that is either one of their faults... they just apparently don't get along. Too much time together or something...

Is the WJT gonna be on tv? Is there like one specific channel doing it... or am I going to be lucky in Wisconsin if I can see it at all. I sure I can watch the USA/Canada game... it'll be fun to watch Toews go against his fellow Sioux teammates

It would have been awesome to watch TJ in high school and younger.... not that he played ice hockey much younger... but he must have been one of those kids that you could tell was going to be something special.
