My wife asked Smaby, Zajac and Stafford if they were coming back next year. They all replied basically the same way stating that they were "planning" on coming back. It sounded to me like they had been told/coached on what to say so as not to be definitive, but reassuring to the fans. If, by some miracle, most of them do stay, where do we make room for the new guys?

I've researched prices online...these things run about $1800 a piece, and that is a low number. Anyone have one in the North Dakota area they are looking to get rid of, even if it needs some work...please let me know!

While at the Meet and Greet last night, my wife was talking with Oshie about Forney coming in next year. TJ said that Forney broke his leg a couple of days ago and things are in the air about him coming in next year. Didn't have time to try and get more information on it. Watkins, Oshie's table partner, was just as suprised as we were. Anyone have any more info on this?

When do they announce the winner? Or have they already and I missed it?

I might be interested in a previous years jersey for $150. I would like dibs on McGregor or Quesseda(sp?) if one of their is available. Also would like to have it signed, again, if possible. I'll be monitoring the situation with the previous years jerseys. Also, do you have anyone around this area that would be able to assist you in dealing with the shipment of these jerseys? I'd hate so see them shipped all the way out the Colorado and then have to be shipped back out this way. The extra cost should be able to be avoided. There appear to be pleanty of people here that may be willing to help. I would be willing, but also know that I am not well known(being a lurker) on the board and wouldn't want anyone to feel uncomfortable in dealing with someone they don't know. I also live in Devils Lake, however, I would be willing to drive them to Grand Forks to be handed out to those in the area. Just keep me posted if you would like my assistance if you can't get anybody else to help out with the shipping part. I'd like to thank you for all the time and effort you have put into this endeavor!!

With the news that UND is selling 50 tickets to Sioux Crew members only, that this plan has pretty much fizzled out? I have tried contacting Al the last couple of days with no luck. I have left messages for him to call me, but have yet to hear anything. (I'm sure he is being hounded by more people than me, and I have only called twice each day) Does anyone have any information on the likelihood of this happening? Thanx!

If it helps, I would more than likely lock up 2 seats on a bus. I, too, don't want to have to pay out $1500(2 seats) on the plane when I'd be more than happy to road trip on the bus with a bunch of ravid Fighting Sioux Fans!!

Are we not the #4 seed in the tourney and CC the #5? If Denver lost, we won and CC won, would we not be the #3 at the Final Five and therefore bypass the Thursday(CC/UMD) playin game? Why would CC leapfrog us if this scenario were to play out?

That's what I was thinking, I figured we'd be in 108 or 109 like last year, as the students season tickets does not include playoffs. Overall, I'm pleased with the seats, and for the price...My daughter and I are only paying $20/ticket for a 2 game series...game 3 would be free. It's always nice to have a "Youth"

My question is does Mankato lose it's standing as a TUC if we sweep them? How much would that affect our PWR ranking?

I can not stand ticketbastard! I get online this morning, make the call to ticketmaster to get my tickets for this upcoming weekends playoff series with Mankato. I live in Devils Lake, and drove down last year to stand in line when the windows opened, but they opened 10 minutes late, so I figured this year, I'd save the money on gas and just call and order my tickets hopefully being able to hand pick my seats, also bipassing the extra fees that ticketmaster.com adds. Well, after trying the blasted automated ticket ordering with "Kelly" I finally hit the star button to speak to an operator. I get some lady from the DEEP south who would look it up on her computer and tell me that the tickets don't go on sale until Friday. I explained to her that I wanted the series package, and that they go on sale this morning. She replied by telling me that they go on sale on Friday, and there is nothing she can do unless her computer releases the information. By this time, I had already jumped on the PC and had tickets reserved on-line. I explained this to the lady, and she still insisted that the tickets do not go on sale until Friday. Finally fed up, I hang up with her, hit submit on my order in waiting, and take the $16+ hit in fees from ticketmaster.com. Ok, I feel a little better.....with gas, it would have cost me about $20 to drive to Forks and back...why doesn't the ralph have it's own boxoffice number where you can place ticket orders? I ended up getting tickets in section 116 row C Seats 21 & 22, could anyone tell me if these are behind the Sioux Bench, or off to the side of the bench? Thanx!!
